Difference : Asset and Liability

Asset and liability. Some people think these terms just belongs to accountant or financial people. Most that know these always got in the wrong way. Why I say that? Most people think that their house and car are assets. They thought that way because the house and car or cars is under their own name. Banker and real estate broker would told you that house is an asset. Well actually it is true, but it is the bank assets,not yours. Pretty amazing huh? Let me explain it. Assets is something that put money into your pocket. Liability is something that take money out of your pocket.
Why I said your house is an asset to banker? It's because you have to pay mortgage for your house. The money you pay actually went to their pocket. Even if you fully paid the house, you still have to take money out for repairs, utility bills and insurance. Same goes to your car or cars. =)
Bottom line is, your house and car is NOT your assets.
Your house could be your asset if you rent it because you can get money from the house. Am I right or am I right?? hehehe... =)
So put this permanently in your mind : Assets is something that put money into your pocket. Liability is something that take money out of your pocket.

It's important to know this because if you want to be financially free, you need to know to tell the difference between asset and liability. Something go into the pocket or out of the pocket. And all of us want money go into our own pocket right? So from now on, find and invest on something that can become your assets, something that put money into your pocket and pockets. =)

Savers are Losers

Probably most of you will think that I was trying to fool all of you. Before this I asked all of you to save some amount of money, but now I said that savers are losers. Well, before any of you try to send any comments or email to me, let me explain it clearly. What do I mean by savers are, they just save their money under pillows or beds I guess or they save money only in saving accounts. When they just save money and keep it, the money will not grow itself or maybe not grow more enough. What you really need to do with all your money that you've been saving is you put them on any investment. Invest your money to get high yields or capital gains. Don't just save money without make them grow, and if you still do that, then you are the loser. When you invest your money, maybe you can get high yields if your investment is wise and if you lose your money, you will gain knowledge about financial more than you ever knew before. So start invest your money, do not just save them. INVEST.

For additional, cash(man made money) loses it values each year, and probably it is worthless 30-40 years later from now. So I highly recommend to all to invest on golds(God made money) as the value always rise every year. If you just save your money in saving accounts, and if cash loses it values, then all of your money is worthless even if you have $ 1,000,000 in your saving account balance sheet. But if you have golds, the value is still there and if world economy collapse, you don't have to make any riot or chaos. I'm not trying to freak all of you up. My opinion is just a precaution. After all, invest on golds can never harm you but give you more benefits later instead.

Becoming rich means money need to be generated like a lot. So works as an employee for any company and take salary every month is not the best way to be rich although it is possible and proven. We can start a small home, medium or big businesses depends on your knowledge and budget. We can sell anything (legal) or provide services (still legal) to consumers. The more products or services being provided to consumers, the more money we can generate instead of working 5-6 days a week with just fixed amount of salary that barely raised. So start business now!! If you already working somewhere, don't quit just yet. Start a part time business or small home business first. By this way, you can generate little bit of money with huge amount of knowledge and experiences. When your business can generate more money than your own salary per month, then you can choose to focus 100% on your business or continue to work with part time business. Becoming rich can be accomplish in many ways and business is one of the effective way to make the dream come true. Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Michael Dell and Bill Gates are perfect example of persons that have their own wealth by starting their own business. So what for the wait?? Start building your own business !!
